Booking & Pricing

Q: How much do you charge?

Prices vary depending on several factors including: the type of session/event, location, time coverage, number of outfit changes, accommodation and flying costs for destination portraits and events! Please look over my rate guides above, and fill out the contact form for additional information!

Q: How do I reserve you for my date?

Please fill out the contact page below, and I will get back to you via email if your date(s) requested are available. 😊

Q: Do you provide partial day coverage for events?

Events are charged by an hourly rate. 

Events have a minimum booking of 2-4 hours depending on the type of event.

Please inquire to receive a custom quote for your special event!

Q: Do you offer consultations for weddings and events?

Yes! For weddings, consultations are essential to our business, simply because I love getting to know my couples, and learn more about their ideas and wedding plans! It also helps us get to know each other more, so when the day comes, it's like we're already friends! :) For events and portrait sessions, I am always open to chatting over the phone or via zoom, but not necessary at all! 

Q: Do I need to put down a down payment before my event date?

Yes, all packages require a 25-50% deposit. Please refer to the pricing guides for more information. 

Q: Can I reschedule my photo shoot / event date?

Reschedules may be made at least 3 days prior to your portrait session date or 1 week prior to your event date. Wedding reschedules require at least a month notice. Conflicts with date after the grace period will be considered a cancellation, and deposits will not be refunded. Availability is limited, so please check in with me first!

Q: Is there a fee if we exceed our contracted time for our photo shoot and/or wedding day coverage?

Yes, there will be a fee if you would like for me to stay additional time for your event, as well as if we go over our photo shoot time.

Receiving the Final Product

Q: How will I receive the images?

You will receive a watermarked proofing gallery and will have the opportunity to select your set amount of photos included in your package. Additional images will be available for purchase if desired. After final images are chosen, the final gallery will be sent (via pixieset). 

Q: Do you print our photos?

Once you receive your final photo gallery, you will be able to purchase prints, canvases, custom cards and more on the gallery shop! 

Q: Do you touch up all the images on our image download?

For all the photographs I edit, my price includes fixing the overall: lighting, color-tones, and sharpening, but I do not include face retouch or photoshopping. If you would like your portraits to be re-touched (blemishes removed, smooth skin, eyes brightened, teeth whitened) I can do that as well for additional cost.

Q: How soon can we expect to receive our pictures?

Depending on the volume of clientele I receive in the given time period, turnaround time for edits is up to 3 weeks for portrait sessions and up to 3 months for weddings and events. Quicker turnaround times may be requested for an additional fee, if available. 

General Questions

Q: What type of camera/equipment do you use?

I currently shoot with two Canon EOS R6's. I use all sigma ART lenses, my favorites being the 35mm and 50mm 1.4! For editing, I use Adobe softwares such as Lightroom Classic and Photoshop.

Q: Do you do destination weddings, events and portraits?

Most definitely! I love to travel, so I am always jumping at any opportunity to fly across the globe! ♡ Booking a destination event or portrait session requires an additional fee equivalent to 2 roundtrip flight tickets and a 2-3 night stay [or depending on how many days your project requires].
